Welcome to the final conference webinar of BaltCityPrevention project!
The aim is to present the main results of this three-year Interreg project, by presenting the new intervention model. The key elements of the intervention model are participation of the user group and the co-creation process.
The model and its key elements are elaborated in the seminar through successful pilot case stories. The inspiring Keynote speaker and moderator of the webinar is Nelli Såger, Entrepreneur, One of the founders and former CEO of Fifth Corner Inc.
Our target group are...
- People who are interested in finding contacts in Baltic Sea Region
- Members of Public Health Authorities like municipalities, health insurances etc.
- Small and medium-sized enterprises
- Health specialists, technology specialists, researchers, students and everyone else interested in health, technology and/or participation.
